After unboxing and a successful water-only test brew, Mike, Dan and Ronn are pleased to have completed TBD’s first prototype homebrew on our brand new single-barrel pilot system. TBD has its own wort!
And in a few weeks, we’ll have our first taste of TBD beer: a session IPA, which will be fermented with two different strains of yeast and dry hopped with two different hops.
The new system brews beautifully and we are very excited about the coming brew schedule. See you at the tastings!
