Get excited, readers, because as of Dec. 31, 2013, we are a federally permitted brewery! That’s right: on the eve of 2014, we received word from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) that we are approved for brewing. Needless to say, we are all very excited at what 2014 will have in store for us and our community of beer enthusiasts.
For those of you eagerly anticipating our opening, we are still on track to open in early Spring, and are now applying for state permits. Meanwhile lots of construction is underway, which you all can come check out at our construction open houses. The next one is January 3.
