Our Barrel Program is where we get to lose ourselves in experimentation and bottle the magical musings of our Barrel Lead, Filipe. From Oak-aged, dry-hopped Saisons to maple-infused, Bourbon barrel-aged stouts, this is where taste bud come to frolic.
Aged in stainless steel and French oak for several months before being naturally bottle conditioned, ths farmhouse-inspired table beer pours a pale straw with a thick, fluffy and long lasting foam. Boasting notes of floral European hops, citrus, stone fruit, oak and brett-funk, it’s refreshingly light and bright, with a grainy finish. Complex yet very approachable.
